Commercial Control Services Inc. was formed 1998 by two former Honeywell employees with the vision of providing high performance DDC and Integration services for commercial customers in central Ohio. At the time independent controls contractors were rare and typically only serving the light commercial market.

CCS arrived to serve all commercial building markets including the largest of commercial buildings including High Rise office towers. The founder’s previous experience in this space allowed them to deliver projects with the same level of talent as the control systems manufacturer’s branch offices.

Our customers shared their frustration with the lack of attention given to their service needs by the big three providers, Honeywell, Johnson, and Siemens. This under delivery by the big three fueled the rapid growth and success of Commercial Control Services Inc.

CCS was committed to providing controls system solutions that provided value as well as flexibility for our customers. We were the first Tridium integrator in Central Ohio, with projects dating back to 2001. We have been delivering Open systems providing the highest value to our customers ever since.

Shortly after the firm establishment of the controls business CCS entered the Security systems market, primarily installing and servicing access control and video surveillance systems.
